The site includes 52 units of residential rental apartments, as well as a commercial kitchen containing Fresh Food Factor, a healthy food and nutrition program that provides fresh and healthy meals to New Orleans’ school children. The complex is also the home to New Orleans Boulder Lounge, an indoor rock climbing space and Riverfront Self Storage, a climate controlled storage facility.
